Job Overview:

As a Salesperson at Aspire Audio Video Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for creating a robust pipeline and portfolio of Architects, Interior Designers, Custom Home Builders, and Real Estate Agents. Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, showcasing the Aspire brand and driving sales opportunities. Attending networking events will be a crucial part of your role, allowing you to expand your professional network and promote our solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Custom Home Builders, and Real Estate Agents. Develop a solid pipeline and portfolio of clients in the luxury lighting and technology market.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. Be the primary point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Aspire's product portfolio, including lighting, shading, audio, video, and automation systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technology advancements to effectively showcase the Aspire brand.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Creative Brand Showcase: Find innovative and creative ways to showcase the Aspire brand to potential clients. Create compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that highlight the unique value proposition of our solutions.
  • Networking Events: Attend industry-specific networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network and promote Aspire Audio Video Solutions. Actively engage with industry professionals and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize this information to adapt sales strategies and provide valuable insights to the marketing team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Designers, and Technicians, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation. Maintain clear communication channels to address client requirements effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the residential technology industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in the architecture, interior design, custom home building, or real estate sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of audio, video, and automation systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop unique approaches to showcase the Aspire brand.
  • Willingness to attend networking events and travel as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
